Pros
Good environment with good sales staff, and clients are amazing especially if you have an interest in pens and teaching people about different writing instruments/companies.
Cons
Few opportunities to move in to full time position due to managers refusing to make the budgeting sacrifice; for the areas they operate in, wages can be a bit low; lack of commission or incentives to reward top performing salespeople on big sales (ie you sell a $4000 pen, you get very little in return, all incentives come from the vendors themselves which are designed to supplement retailer incentives, not replace them)
