      Casual atmosphere, casual dress code. Good location with easy freeway access and free parking.

      Cons

      It's definitely a "good ole boys'" network. If you schmooze up to the boss, you're all set, regardless of your ability.

      everyone is remote, for the most part. So some of the culture is less face-to-face than prior to covid.
