      It was a pretty good experience overall. Culture was good, people are nice. Pay is better than what I got at the other places. I had to relocate , only reason I left.

      Not really a con, but for some people might be. People at this company hold each other accountable

      Pros

      Opportunity of growth within or with the company. Open communication with the office team and truck maintenance repair team whenever needed. Travel and lodging accommodations provided by the company if needed. Education experience gained towards desired needs, while being able to continue working.

      Minimum space within the office.

      safety record. keep u on the north of the country most of the time

      Cons

      multiple dispatch and no comunicattion between them. long waiting time to be dispatched when u are done loading or unloading.
