Pros
The only positive at this company is the pay, and unfortunately, if you have been with the company for a while, do not expect raises for your hard work.
Cons
The nepotism is out of control; upper management hires all of their friends, and there is no repercussions when errors occur for them. However, if you were hired and you were not a friend of upper management, you will be expected to work long hours and receive/answer calls regardless of what time it is at night. There is no structure, no training, and the employees suffer for it. The benefits are aweful, and there is no incentives for how hard they expect you to work. Work/Life balance does not exist at Paragon.
