      Easy going job ...great sales associates to talk to...nothing more than that.

      Cons

      Management are losers except a few...they are so fearful of losing their jobs that they become paranoid. Their anxiety affects you eventually. DO NOT BE LATE.. PARAGON WILL FIRE YOU IF THEY SEE A PATTERN OF LATENESS......Very high turn over rate for sales associates and management is crapping their pants from upper management who are anxious to fire and refresh lower management every year.

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
