      30% Discount on most store items, and you also learn a lot about sports and equipments, monthly team sport events

      Cons

      Management and supervisors try to be friendly but are super aggressive when wanting something done or if you’re not always smooching up to them

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
