The contract pays well enough to work here. Familiar with most of the employees from the last company the acquired this federal contract. The training on going to meet contract requirements.

Company needs refined goals and have more employee interactions. Quality Control Goals need tobe reevaluated. The Department of Homeland Security puts unjustified pressures on command staff and officers and seeks only to penalize instead of training. Don't look for a pat on the back or recognition for doing your job well. I would be nice to see the PM and upper positions from corporate visit the PSOs.
