A company with exceptional people-centric culture, where you can feel yourself a unique person and at the same time a part of a Team. The processes are well-established, and the management works hard to improve the actual things rather than how the things look like outside of the company.
Cons
Since Paralect is not a product company, typical cons of outsourcing companies apply here as well. Still, the company is interested in long-term relations with the customers, this gives some tranquility in the work.
