I got to work with people who genuinely care about their patients and medical cannabis and help so many people be in less pain or otherwise manage their health. Good benefits if you’re full-time.
Cons
Awful sick leave policies - I had to leave after getting sick too many times and risking being fired, even with doctor’s notes. The company cares less and less about providing quality MEDICAL care since going public, shifting focus toward high-thc smokers and away from patients who need mild psychoactive effects in favor of strong pain relief, seizure management, etc. Also treats assistant general managers AWFUL
