Pros
Great office and team, everybody gets along. There is a wonderful "outdoor/fitness vibe" in the office, being in Downtown Boulder. Management is sometimes uneven, but in general cares about their staff, and tries to make it a good place to work. Fast paced environment. Good benefits.
Cons
Work there can be stressful at times, with demanding clients, but I don't think this would be different on other place. The career growth path could be better laid out.
