Pros
They are working hard to make sure the environment is very positive and they want to help their employees succeed. They give you a free Vasa membership. There is a snack bar in the office and a gym down in the basement. They are only open Monday through Friday so you do not work weekends. They do have a work from home option too. There are a lot of fun activities such as spirit week, holiday parties and they like to take the whole office out to movies occasionally. The communication aspect is amazing. You can literally get help from anyone and all of the managers are always willing to help you out.
Cons
I really had to think to come up with something but the gym downstairs isnt utilized much because it is only available during office hours and there are no showers. The only time employees use it is on their breaks or lunches.
