I loved being able to help and care for others. I felt like I might have made a difference in their end of life care.

You were shamed, or looked down upon, for asking for help with a patient. Many of the patients are over weight, requiring two, maybe even three people to safely transfer someone.

Good management and good pay including holidays

Too much hours for drivers and No sufficient hours for walkers
