Pros
It's a memorable brand...not much to really say than that. HR really tried their best to provide training probably the best programme i've had during my time in employment (if given the chance to attend them) at times I was made to feel as if I had committed murder because I attended a training. Benefits are good and varied
Cons
Truly terrible management for middle to top level, probably the worst place I've ever worked. Here are a few words to describe this nightmare: Eerie, dark, odd, malicious, toxic, unappreciated, backstabbing Chinese whispers are regularly played on a daily basis. When new starters walked through the door I truly feel sorry for them, you should see the sadness on there faces and the realisation of "What have I done". For such a iconic brand this company is so backwards and the rot has set in on many levels. The Hills have eyes and there eyes are set on Viacom Media Networks There were times I would come home and cry thats how bad this place was...
