There were opportunities to learn new skills and take on diverse projects. I had the chance to work with some talented and supportive coworkers.
Cons
lack of direction made it hard to stay motivated, and the overall atmosphere felt toxic. I believe the company could greatly benefit from improving communication and investing in leadership training. I wouldn't recommend this place for those looking for a positive work experience.
