Working on the lot is fun; most of the people were nice; there are some nice perks like seeing premiers of their movies, company events;
Cons
Low pay; they claim to promote within but it's only in certain depts; they don't like their authority questioned (especially about vaxs); they layoff workers all the time, especially those close to retirement.
