Coming from a corporate world to Paramount was a huge career change and one I didn't take lightly. But it was the best move I have ever made. I feel supported and most importantly, Paramount have created a culture where everyone is heard and every voice matters. No matter whether you are the Director or you are the maintenance team. Here are some bullet point highlights of working at Paramount; - Constantly learning and being encouraged to be the best version of yourself everyday. - Community feel. - No hierarchy. - A culture which is unmatched. - An office which delivers the feeling of home comforts - artwork, pods instead of singular desks and background music to ensure that the office is never silent to name a few. - Being too 'busy' to help someone is never an option. - Regular meetings with Senior members of the team to dissect what is going well and the areas of improvement. - Managing your own desks (no micromanaging). - Regular team socials.
