Fellow employees are great to work with always lend a helping hand. Benefits are great medical, dental, 401 B.
Cons
Upper management never really looks out for the best interest of the employee. They are always finding loop holes to get around things that only benefit the company and if you dont agree to there terms or sign a document they made up you will be terminated. No more incentives or bonuses.
