On time salary Giving priority to backbitching rather than work at Bhiwandi zone. Good Internal politics and goods place to learn.
Cons
Feeling like working in 18 Century though world is in 20th century. No mobile are allowed, and Employees are working like bonded Labour. All senior are checked like they have done crime by joining Parekh. No respect of any position, all senior and junior are treated as the same like Labour. No future growth.
