Pros

Colleagues are wonderful, the culture is genuinely vibrant, and the company offers plenty of team bonding activities. The perks — quarterly parties, outings, and monthly events — really add to the experience. Day-to-day work is engaging, and the teams across departments are very supportive.

Cons

The only consistent negative is HR’s current functioning. Employees feel micromanaged due to rigid rules and processes introduced without consultation. Many were upset when internal event results seemed altered without proper explanation. Recognition is almost nonexistent — instead, the focus is always on what went wrong. HR interactions lack warmth, approachability, and professionalism expected from experienced HR leadership. One-on-ones often feel disrespectful org.

Pros

Friendly and sopportive working environment. Hybrid working style.

Cons

Working hours are not flexible. Employees who joined less than 12 months ago are not eligible for an increment. The company's increment cycle starts every January, but I was not eligible because I joined in June of the previous year.

Pros

Nothing noteworthy to highlight at this time.

Cons

Strong office politics dominate the work environment; some individuals BS and PP focus more on office politics than actual delivery work. Lack of accountability—there is no proper review or validation of work done (or not done). Employees are harassed during 1‑on‑1 meetings, including disrespectful communication and verbal bashing. Targets are singled out, pressured, and treated unfairly without objective reasons. Employees are sometimes placed on PIPs without clear justification, which feels more like retaliation than performance management. There is no safe forum or leadership support where employees can voice concerns or be heard. HR and senior management do not take timely or effective action on reported issues. Creates a toxic, fear-driven environment where employees feel targeted, unsupported, and forced to leave. Excessive and unnecessary meetings consume the entire day without clear outcomes. Managers spend more time in meeting rooms than supporting or guiding their teams. Micromanagement and constant pressure from both negatively impact mental health and morale. If you don not hear them then PP will target you and spread bad words about you.
