Pay wasn't all that great

Great exposure to high growth startup operations and the opportunity to take on a lot of ownership early. You get to work closely with cross functional teams and have real impact on processes and customer experience. Strong learning environment if you are proactive and comfortable with ambiguity.

Lack of clear structure and defined processes can make day to day work chaotic. Priorities shift frequently and there can be misalignment between teams. Limited documentation and training can make onboarding and scaling more challenging.
