      You can learn a lot about the industry

      The company constantly makes cuts that make it harder for you to do your job. You need to work overtime to finish your work but they won't give overtime. You basically have to work overtime without being paid and if you get caught you will be in trouble.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
