      Pay was above average. Benefits were pretty good. Other than that there really wasn't anything else here that could be considered a pro..

      Cons

      Talent is nonexistent throughout the company. Nobody really seemed to know what they were doing here. Tons of layoffs, good people replaced by incompetent people. Have heard the layoffs are still ongoing. Avoid this company as you will most likely be looking for another job in a couple years.

      Pros

      full service CRO, lots of capabilities and resources for global studies. good at linking up resources/talent to study needs. very inclusive and good at recognizing talent. people are seen and best contributors are usually taken care of.

      Cons

      lots of changes being rolled out with limited transparency. contracting can be challenging. site payments and study closeout are areas that need improvement.
