      Exciting place to work with multiple initiatives and projects

      Cons

      The line management nor the organisation has any real strategy to support staff. Expected to work like a machine with no consideration to the staff. Very recently programs are made available on employee wellness but these are more a lip service than a true commitment to a culture where employees are valued and provided safe environment to grow.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
