Pros
working from home is the only pro that I can think of at this time since you get to hang out in your pjs and your pets.
Cons
they do not care about you, if you are a good employee then you will be punished with the worst projects, the rescue missions, the clients that no one else wants. They will over resource you and overwork you and make promises that it will get better (with no actions) until you break. If you are bad, you will be left alone. Take away - don't do too good of a job.
