Management consciously focuses on how to foster professional growth, and intentionally staffs employees in roles that will allow them to be challenged - Consulting with relatively little travel required. Onsite face-to-face interaction with the clients, but it is generally limited to your home city - Generally pretty interesting projects (you won't be on a staff aug project)

- Unlike working at a startup, you may not get to use the latest and greatest technologies because we can be limited to the technologies that our clients decide to use - Although you get compensated for mileage, sometimes commutes can be long depending on where you are staffed
