Pros
--- Post-college community and growth --- Personally, I was worried about landing in a job where I would just stagnate doing the same thing over and over again. Not the case at Pariveda! You will always be pushed to continue growing your skillsets, both technical and personal, as you follow the career path (and switch clients). Pay increases with the promotions. There are regular influxes of new college hires and the Dallas office has plenty of events facilitated to let you get to know coworkers and make friends. --- Commitment to transparency --- This is one of the few places I've heard of with a completely transparent salary structure. You know exactly what everyone in the company is making. Transparency takes on other forms as well, such as knowing what is required for promotion and regular updates from/interactions with leadership. --- Work-life balance --- Though there are occasional exceptions (by this I mean a handful of times over 4 years), employees are not expected to work more than 40 hours a week. This includes industries where the clients are used to their employees working 60+ hour workweeks.
Cons
--- Not a place to stay in one role indefinitely --- If you find yourself really loving a client or particular role, you won't be able to stay there forever with Pariveda. Typically people rotate off a client once they've been there for more than 1.5-2 years. Similarly, the growth mindset encourages you to try new roles and leave old ones.
