Location, Free Lunches, Good lower level employees (if they have not all left yet).
Cons
Management is totally out of touch. As you will read they are gossipy, liars, and REFUSE to take the blame for anything let alone the status of the company. It's always someone else's fault even with a documented trail showing their failure. A total lack of communication, constant revolving door of employees not wanting to deal with the chaos, them wanting you to wear 5 hats with no pay incentives and angered when one of those hats are slacking. I would suggest some new faces in leadership or adding to, but employees there for years have even finally had enough and quit. With total micro management it just makes a bad moral even worse. There could be plenty more said however, I think its very clear what the company is like, it is honestly just a mess. It's not all "Bad Apples" having something to say either. It is entire departments and teams that have up and quit and left reviews.
