Not Your Normal Agency - Marketing Coordinator Park Group Solutions Employee Review

My expectations for my internship have been exceeded. I have learned so much and have experienced more than I could have imagined. From creating organic social media posts to developing ad copy and putting together paid Facebook campaigns, to coming up with our own mini-campaign for a client. I especially loved looking at the data behind campaigns and using it to analyze their success or where they could have improved. Leaving my internship at Park Group, I definitely feel more prepared to enter the workforce in just under a year. I feel more confident in my skills and ability to learn more aspects of the marketing industry. But I also feel that I have a much better concept of where I want to work after graduation. Park Group Solutions has such a great environment in the office. In the future, I hope to find a job with an atmosphere as friendly and energetic as Park Group Solutions.

Free lunch on Fridays. Dogs allowed in the office. Looks good on a resume, industry experience with local automotive business.

Toxic environment, extremely unprofessional behavior. Nothing is done on time because upper management will not read emails or have things in writing. They then blame others and hold no accountability for their actions or behaviors. Turnover rate is crazy. Worst company culture I have ever seen.
