7yNot a lot to say about this one except that it arrived directly after letting a team member go that wasn't interested in the function they were hired for and had some very strong opinions about the way we were going about things that ran counter to their concept of what the "right" thing to do was.
The comment about our operations team is factually incorrect, in fact we just won the "Customer Service Excellence" award from Parking Today. This is not an award you win with a poor core platform and an overly stretched operations team.
