Great company! - Architectural Designer Parkhill Employee Review

As an intern. the experience factor could be better managed with more opportunity to work on all aspects of a project when applicable. Often getting to see job sites, bidding/contract negotiation and the CA process is rare. Not so say, its horrible. PSC does strive to make an effort in this department but it could be better. Also, knowing where other projects in other studios is at is rare for someone outside of project leader status. Often 80% of the projects going on outside of my team I don't even realize PSC is working on unless I hear it from someone else. It would be great if there was a board in the breakroom or something with projects currently in the works and their current status so all employees are aware of what is going on within the firm as a whole.
