Pros
The shifts were flexible and the pay was alright. Most supervisors and chefs were pretty respectful. New management started to take effect around 2016, where Lisa Rogers, in particular, was very demeaning and rude to myself and other colleagues.
Cons
Some of the higher-ups at Robert Morris Parkhurst dining service were disrespectful and unprofessional as far as exploiting people's personal lives during business hours.
