Pros
Some people are AWESOME! And do want to see you succeed. But most of them will throw you under the bus because they can. It is all a - looks good on the surface type company.
Cons
Most of the higher up people are bullies. They will twist your words, use it against you when they get the chance. Not willing to teach you what you need to know.
