Pros

Beautiful location, sometimes cool coworkers, and free spot. THAT’S IT

Cons

Communication from management is laughable. They only care about $$ and how th can collect more from campers. Rather than, how can we better the facilities to make our jobs easier so we can pay better attention to customers. They don’t care. Little big boys in suits, they don’t understand the camping world. Huge disconnect from upper management. You’ll NEVER get a full staff so you’ll be expected to do more than one job, have zero support, and work long hours.

Pros

This company has been employing locals for over 20 years. They are thoroughly invested in supplying jobs to people who love nature and outdoors while maintaining standards of conservancy in our local environments. The chance to work outdoors and live in places that people not only vacation but put on their bucket lists is phenomenal. Day to day interaction with people traveling and enjoying themselves. I love hearing peoples stories, what drew them to this area and how they are loving their journey.

Cons

This is a lifestyle job, if you are looking for top compensation you would be better suited in a major city.

Pros

Beautiful locations and great guests.

Cons

The worst f’ing company in the industry. Owners and management are complete disasters. Most unprofessional company I have worked for. All equipment is broken, trucks are not inspected nor run safely. Generators, solar, weed whackers, lawnmowers, water infrastructure all broken. No support from management. Nothing but lies upon lies. Which is why they are losing all of their contracts with USFS which despises PMC along with Rangers and Game Wardens.
