Brand sales declining every month and quarter. All are living in past glory. No transformative approach. The organisation is a classic modern age example of Nokia / Blackberry and ambassador car. Politics from top management especially Marketing VP and some stooges of him in sales will ruin your peace of mind and make your life miserable. They have unrealistic expectations with no respect for employees. Hire and fire is the normal. Old employees are treated like slaves after sometime. Only some selected old people come back again and again and is ruining the culture. No new generation ambitious people stay here. The brand pull is declining day by day and the company is in the verge of collapse. Huge attrition happening at all levels. Enquire deeply before joining.
