They pay well if you ask for it and deserve it (I did not ask enough) Not a lot of people so you do a bit of everything Operates as a corporation in terms of benefits and structure Very talented people to learn from
Cons
Lacks some typical corporate stuff (Proper and valued recurrent feedback, internal job postings, etc) There is not always room to grow
