Pros
PCG is a small company that has grown over the years. Even with the growth, I can tell the owner Julio Parra, values his people, and the worth of good support staff. Whenever I need help from PCG, they have been there to work through my request. Nowhere is perfect, but PCG over the years has stayed consistent when managing and looking out for their employee base. You won't feel like a number. From upper leadership to the support personnel who help out with daily issues, All of PCG is on the same page to help out and support the outstations to fulfill our mission/needs.
Cons
Travel cards, as that is not a problem due to COVID. I believe a company that supports Government travel should offer individuals company travel credit cards. This would allow the employee some personal financial relief when travel can run rampant at the government discretion. I know it can be a burden to the company, but the last thing a government rep wants to hear from their end is who travel may be a burden due to travel card issues.
