Pros
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience (so far) working at Parry Custom Homes! From the initial interview, you can tell this is a company that values its team members and wants to put their time/energy/money into growing employees in their roles. I was extremely hesitant to leave my old role as I had grown so comfortable there. I am SO glad I made the choice to move forward, especially with this company. I won't lie, the interview process was lengthy and intimidating at times, but I've come to realize this is because they really are a family here (cliche but true!) and they are rightfully selective in who they want to represent their family. If you are just looking for any old job, they probably aren't the best fit for you. If you are looking for a company where you can grow as a person & employee, I highly recommend applying. This is a company that you can grow with, and that WANTS to see you grow. The training process is detailed and prepared to help you excel in your role. They want you to succeed and it is evident in the training and materials they provide. In addition to the positive work environment, this is the first company I have worked for that actually encouraged a healthy work/life balance. They want you to be happy at work and care about improving the lives of their employees. They may be a family run business, but they are constantly working on ways to grow as a company. If you are hesitant, I strongly encourage you to apply! I look forward to many more years of growth with Parry Custom Homes.
