      Pros

      Cutting edge software that companies really benefit from, not something they buy and have sit on the shelf. Great team of smart people that care about each other and the company's successes.

      Cons

      Maybe some growing pains but nothing that the team can not work through

      Pros

      Parsec has been a complete homerun. From the top down - we have the best team out there. How rare is it to say you admire, respect, and are friends with every coworker?

      Cons

      No cons whatsoever. If I had to make something up - it would be to call out that we are a fully remote company. I know that some people may find that tough.
