      Pros

      You will get exposure to a wide variety of task during your first year, and learn quite a lot. After that it gets repetitive and boring.

      Cons

      Essentially, the job involves acting as an assistant to experts (on whom the company earns a lot of money) and checking invoices. You'll only be judged on your ability to keep to a budget. Nothing else matters. Forget about the content of the projects. Nothing to learn after the first year.

      No meaningful advantage, except a good training/challenge for time management and management of toxic behaviour

      Toxic behaviour and imposing one person to have a 3-person job , out of a clear profit calculation

      International environment, you learn a bout EC procedures.

      Cons

      For Particip Belgium, the salary is not good at all, the contract you are offered is really bad and is not protecting you in any way (reason why there are almost no Belgian people working in the company), you are treated like a disposable person, the management is terrible at all levels.
