Cons
Possibly the worst working environment on every level: 1. Negligent management, incompetence, lack of professionalism, double standards, aggression. 2. Less than clean, dingy offices with only two unhygienic bathrooms. 3. Unhealthy obsession with workers being at their desks nine hours a day, no exceptions. (Desk zombie environment till people burn out and leave.) 4. No option to work from home and no flexibility on working hours. 5. Extreme, awkward Micromanagement. 6. Mediocre salary, poor conditions. No perks or benefits. Two packets of cookies to share per day between staff. 7. A unique mix of Tel Aviv faux hi tech false bravado, arrogance and people of low ability but big egos. 8. CEOs working from home at least twice a week and breezing in at 11 AM on most other days, then leaving early. 9. Some abusive mid level managers, mainly passive aggresive but some active aggressive, giving a negative annd oppressive atmosphere to daily office life. 10. Toxic and unrewarding workplace. Basically, the worst of humanity in one dark little Tel Aviv sweat house. If you want to be happy in life. Stay away. (when they tell you your interview, it’s five days a week nine hours a day in office, they mean it literally - don’t say I didn’t tell you)
