Pros

- There are some outstanding people working at the company, including managers that actually care about their employees and their well-being - Decent pay for the job - Some upwards mobility - Decent benefits

Cons

- Clear disconnect between the client brand and PRS, creating long repair wait times, stock management errors, no continutity between online and in-store and no communication with device insurance company, creating difficult converstations with customers and confusing and lengthy resolutions - No uniformity in management style, with differing upholding of standards, expectations and ethical standards depending on management - Unclear in-store progrssion after management restructure. With the removal of floor manager positions and introduction of senior CEE roles that are the same workload as the previos FM role but much less pay also limits upwards mobility into management roles for alot of talented staff members. - Confusing pay structure that revolves around completing 2 quizes each period to maintain higher pay. It makes sense on paper to pay more to employees who have higher job knowledge, however the quizes are confusing with conflicting answers that even managers do not know and do not provide any show of actual work ethic. - Poor in-job training accross all facets of the business. This includes device training, ethics, insurance, etc... They all revolve around lengthy powerpoint presentations that crush your soul after 30 minutes so it makes you skip what could be relevant information just so you can complete it. It is also wordy and usually includes a rather simple test to complete. I would suggest in person presentations with practical examples of how the features benefit the customer. - Some of the management in-store are also clearly KPI driven at the cost of customer service and ethical standards. This includes ignoring of elderly customers and overall presure to rush interactions and avoidance of technical help to increase customer turnover rates. - Ive also witnessed employee dismisals to be inconsistent with the claimed offense. With employees that bring a higher turnover given second chances for clear ethical violations and when company restructures where iminent ive seen long term employees dismissed for much smaller offenses. - Poor mental health resources, with outdated sharepoint links that are no longer avaliable.
