Pros

- Amazing teams and co-workers, very welcoming environment - Work is rewarding, physically active - A great place to get a broad amount of manufacturing experience - Communication between all levels of company - Regular discussions regarding employee future / career development

Cons

- Promotions didn't seem to happen that often for production staff - Regular OT each week - Training takes forever - Salary felt low, raises rarely happen - Production staff struggled to find time to attend company-wide events, and often could not

Pros

One great product People are great

Cons

Executive team does not have clear strategy. Consistently under capitalized. Can't afford to develop products effectively. Stock options rarely offered and no path to profitability. Bonus payments are 2 years behind(!). Little prospects for career growth at Director and above. High performance is not rewarded. Medical plan was a strong benefit but was significantly reduced and costs to employees increased.
