Since the company is remote you need to stay on top of your own work, but if you are proactive and organized this should not be a problem.

You never feel like a number here. It's a supportive, caring culture - albeit fast past agency life, that is kind of addicting!

If you are not a go-getter personality type, a multi-tasker, or someone who is a natural problem solver you may find it difficult to work for an agency - not just PIP. You need to be someone who is proactive, have a voice, and enjoy working with a variety of project types, clients, and team members that have different experience skill levels.
