I was so grateful to Lisa for hiring me soon after graduating college and giving me a change to expand upon my marketing skills. Since the company is remote you need to stay on top of your own work, but if you are proactive and organized this should not be a problem.

During a tough job market, I watched the contract opportunities in particular help many people get through an uncertain time. ​ Leadership truly cares—not just Lisa and Kevin, but the project leads across the company—who genuinely look out for people as individuals. They focus on helping you grow and learn, and when many companies were laying people off, they worked incredibly hard to keep as many team members employed as possible. You never feel like a number here. It's a supportive, caring culture - albeit fast past agency life, that is kind of addicting!

If you are not a go-getter personality type, a multi-tasker, or someone who is a natural problem solver you may find it difficult to work for an agency - not just PIP. You need to be someone who is proactive, have a voice, and enjoy working with a variety of project types, clients, and team members that have different experience skill levels.
