There is a lot of white space to build your own path and be entrepreneurial within an innovative, fast-growing organization.
The culture is excellent. I enjoy everyone I work with and there is a shared alignment around our values and mission.
Cons
We work very hard, so hours can be long (though typically not unpredictably so).
Global nature of the business is a clear differentiator relative to other OCIOs but comes with certain amounts of friction.
Some continued growing pains given the rapid scaling of the business, but overall doing a good job addressing these issues.
