occasionally the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing, moving around from office to office

Training is essentially non existent. Collaborating with management to help improve the lack of process and training or sharing experience is frowned upon. Repeatedly heard “do not change, adjust”. If you have issues with management do not expect assistance from HR as their hands are tied, CEO advises you are not to go to HR. Extremely toxic environment and concerns shared with management is met with deaf ears. The turnover rate is astounding, revolving door. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
