Pros

People on the routes were very friendly.

Cons

This job is very dog eat dog. Nothing is set in stone. You can work wgat your supposed to, do a great job, all of the delivery stops love you, and tgen next thing you know you dont get to do it any longer because your boss felt like it. Another draw back is how most of the time the higher ups don't seem to take care of the important stuff, like letting someone know they aren't running a route or even correctly switching the routes. You end up driving to a location onky to find that you were not supposed to do it, and wasted your time and gas. Then there's the times you know that you aren't working and you still get calls early in the morning asking you to login for a route. The dispatchers have no idea what's going on because the management has zero communication skills. Working for the company kills your car, can waste your time and gas with bad communication, makes you pay the taxes at the end of the year without much information about it when you go in (that's right people keep up with that mileage accurately), and most of all they quite literally don't care about you, your hard work, or how there cutbacks (on a whim) can damage you and your finances. Save yourself a lot of grief, tax issues, and car maintenance and go elsewhere.

Pros

No thought required to do the job. And you're basically left alone with minimal supervision. Getting paid every week is always a bonus.

Cons

Where do I start? The company is so cheap, they require you to pay for your background check, urinalysis, identification, and uniform. I was charged $20 for a cheap polo shirt with the company name on it. And I was expected to wear that one shirt every day. After profiting from even the shirt, you'd think that they would pay you well. Nope. The drivers barely make minimum wage when expenses are added.
