      Pros

      The Culture is great, keeping in mind no place is perfect Pasadena Humane listens to it's employees. The leadership at the top is great, they care about people and the mission of the organization. We get to help animals and the community which is very rewarding. The leadership changed a few years ago and the new Exec team is great at keeping this place amazing.

      Cons

      They could be a little more competitive with pay.

      The organization is progressive and has many programs that lead to higher quality care for animals. Adoptions is a close team. Everyone is motivated to give good customer service experience and care about the animals.

      Could be paid better. Can be understaffed during peak hours, leading to increased stress.
