Management is quite money driven and if you're not part of their inner circle there are few to none possibilities to grow in salary or responsibilities. Culture has been degrading, poor hiring choices and a general sensation of living of old glories.

Salaries are very varied. In average very low, but some people earn a lot more than others doing the same job ( or less ). This of course is not the employees fault, but rather the management. It´s all about the first interview and how much you ask for as your starting salary.
