Pros

- Autonomy to buy accessories for the factory with corporate card. - Exposure to many management actions in Safety, Projects and Quality. - Toilets and office maintained.

Cons

- The culture is extremely toxic, burnout and turnover are huge in Ingleburn / Sydney site. In the last 2 years more than 5 workers left the operations team, and supervisors are resigning every year. - The job is advertised as supervisor afternoon shift but when arrive it is necessary to handle night shift team too. - Burnout. In 12 months left to manage 3 shifts 5 to 6 months and then expected top performance from just 1 supervisor in a company operating 24hs Monday to Friday. - No support from management working from home most of the Mondays and Fridays and operators don’t see the presence on the production floor. It’s just delegating tasks and pointing fingers when things go wrong. - It doesn’t invest in hiring more people to look after the business creating burnout. - No action plan for the mental health and well-being of employees. - No exit interview after the point above mentioned. No record.

Pros

Great parking and good coffee machine.

Cons

The health conditions are bad for people. Many suffer from conditions that point to allergies, but the gas fumes are vented inside the building in some areas, and the perfumes used for gas detection are chemicals that may not be healthy, and that may be the root cause. If you say something you will be blackballed, ostracized, ignored for that, but given more work, bad reviews to try and get you to leave…even if you go to the doctor and the do not find anything, they do not care as there is no proof from them so if you are healthy, but are sensitive with breathing, or do not want to develop potential problems, stay away! Also, they do concrete getting in the building, and they do not use proper vacuuming for the toxic dust and that can cause cancer. Management will not listen to you, and there is no convincing them.
